1. About Cash Curiosities
Cash Curiosities is an educational media project operated by Weston DeBoer. It creates short-form videos about money, currency, coins, banking, and financial history. These Terms govern use of the Cash Curiosities website and desktop content-creation application (collectively, the “Service”).
2. Educational content only
Content provided through the Service is for general educational and entertainment purposes. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, appraisal, or authentication advice. You should consult an appropriate professional before acting on information related to money or financial decisions.
3. TikTok connection and publishing
The Service may allow a user to connect a TikTok account through TikTok’s authorization process. Before a video is transferred, the user can review the selected video and caption and must expressly approve the upload. Videos sent through TikTok’s upload workflow require the user to complete review and publishing within TikTok. Use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s own terms and policies.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload content you do not have the right to use, or use it in violation of applicable law or a third-party platform’s rules.
5. Intellectual property
The Cash Curiosities name, original site design, written material, and original videos are owned by their respective rights holders. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their owners. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
6. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
